I went to yoga this morning. It was great. I really have missed it and I am glad I am back at it. I have been going Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I definitely can feel myself getting stronger. I love how yoga ideals can be applied to your entire life. Today the instructor was talking about finding joy even in a struggle. I think that is something I am going to try to do. Maybe it will help me learn to be less scared in my life.

I wonder if there's a diet-friendly baklava recipe out there. I doubt it. But spanikopita could be pretty healthy, I bet!
